Affero General Public License
From OpenSourceGov
The Affero General Public License (AGPL, Affero GPL or sometimes the Affero License) is a variant of the GNU General Public License specifically designed for use with web applications (and networked applications generally). A standard GPL license allows someone to make modifications to their own copy, and then use those modifications as part of an online service. The Affero license closes that loophole, making it so that if you use your modifications in a publicly accessible networked service, you have to release them.
