Moodle in Cumbria and Lancashire

The RBC Cumbria and Lancashire Education Online provide a supported, open source, online learning environment Moodle, to all schools in the region. By using an open source solution, potential license costs have been replaced by investment in training, infrastructure and support. The open-source nature of Moodle has allowed customisations and integration's to suit the individual needs of schools and much of this work has been released as open source and available for other schools in the country to benefit from.
